OUR GOAL
Preservation of our Historic Architectural Landmarks
Critical Steps to a Successful Project when working with a Historic Structure
Document
Identifying the Original Location, Condition, Material Composition and Final Use for all Character Defining Features must be Completed on the front end. Once Completed Historic Treatment procedures for each Type of Material can be drafted. Both items are completed by our Project Engineer's and Submitted as part of the Project Record.
|
Plan
Compile the Documentation and Historic Treatment Procedures to create a Work Plan. This work plan is carefully created in conformance with the Scope of Work to identify all aspects of the Treatment of Historic Fabric. This Work Plan can be shared with other Contractors on the Project so everyone has a clear understanding of Significant Historic Fabric.
|
Execute
With the Work Plan in hand our Team of Skilled Artisans and Restoration Craftsman have all the tools they need to effectively complete the Scope of Work. During selective removals there is no time lost trying to figure out what actions to take with each item and during reinstallation of salvaged Items trying to figure out where things were removed from and where they go.
