About Oak Hollow Restoration, Inc.
Our experience in the Historic Industry has made us aware of the complicated nature of Historic Structures and we understand that each building is unique in its own way. We have found that the biggest challenge when renovating Historical Structures is the discovery of differing site conditions from what was anticipated by the design team. Our general approach to discovery is to attempt to figure out a solution that will work within the given budget to avoid cost and time impacts as much as possible. We understand the importance of coordination and cooperation between all trades on a project, if all trades are successful then the entire project will be successful and in this industry that is the most important thing.
We strive to maintain clear and transparent project record documents which helps with improved communication between all parties. We are also proactive and will work closely with the design team to value engineer all work all along the way and figure out a way to provide the best product that we can deliver. At Oak Hollow Restoration we have unrivaled pride in our work and a quality product will always take precedence over profit margins on any single project.
